By accessing and using Drawerology's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
Drawerology provides a custom drawer organizer design and manufacturing service. We allow customers to design custom acrylic drawer organizers using our online design tool, which are then manufactured and delivered according to the customer's specifications.
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements for your drawer. We manufacture products based on the dimensions you provide. Drawerology is not responsible for products that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
All custom organizers are manufactured according to the design specifications you create using our online tool. Please review your design carefully before placing an order, as custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
All custom products are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances of ±2mm. Small variations within this tolerance are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
We ship fully assembled organizers to the address you provide. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
As all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
Any claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace defective products at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.
The design tool, website content, logos, and other materials are owned by Drawerology and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the custom designs you create using our tool. By placing an order, you grant us a license to manufacture the product according to your design.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawerology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
Our products are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We warrant only that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from delivery.
